The air-conditioning system for these bungalows involved the installation of Syntek Shine model dual split heat pump systems with No. 2 indoor units of 9,000 + 9,000 btu capacity on No. 28 bungalows.

The Shine line is ideal for air conditioning in these facilities due not only to its functionality but also to its ultra-compact size and the presence of an anti-corrosion outdoor unit, perfect for installation in brackish environments.

The decision to include a dual split system is given by the desire to spread the feeling of climatic comfort both in the living area and in the rooms, extending it even in the mid-seasons through the use of hot, cold and dehumidification functions.
