Energy saving and environmental sustainability with the associated benefits are at the heart of the green building concept. To achieve this, it is necessary that the plants use renewable energy, exactly as the ECA Technology System project envisages.

For the house, in energy class A+, a thermal system was designed with 1 Acquainverter trivalent heat pump model Compatto WM20 with 2 COH6514HE10 outdoor units interfaced with a 300-litre domestic hot water tank. For the plant side, a WACN200 thermal flywheel was installed.
Carefully integrated, Acquainverter is equipped inside the home with a remote control interface to make plant management simple, functional and intuitive.

Regarding energy efficiency, the installed photovoltaic system has a total capacity of 4.68 kWp and consists of no. 18 photovoltaic modules model ECA245W-60 and by no.1 Inverter model Fronius Primo 6.0-1.

Finally, the heating and cooling system was designed to be realised with a heat recovery unit model HFR45/V. Through the latter it is possible to retain the heat and thermal energy contained in the outgoing air and then transfer it to the incoming new air, thus reducing heating consumption in winter and air conditioning consumption in summer.
