The 17th edition of ECA Technology’s incentive trip, a special occasion for meeting and sharing through which to create emotional bonds, has just ended.
Called the Trofeo Lupo delle Nevi, the event consists of a 3-day stay, each year in a different location but always characterised by snow-covered landscapes, forests and ski slopes where customers from all over Italy come together and exchange what will later become, beautiful memories.
Over the years, various locations have followed one another, such as Madonna di Campiglio, St. Moritz, Courmayeur, Corvara and many others in which to spend days relaxing in spas, hiking, moonlight snowshoeing, skiing and much-awaited apres ski aperitifs.
And then, after great dinners with typical dishes and local delicacies, various activities take place, singing, dancing and, above all, team building.
To crown the last day, finally, the highly anticipated Snow Wolf Trophy, the ski race organised by ECA Technology in which customers turn into real competitors ready to compete in a timed downhill race. The winners of the various categories will then be awarded during the final gala evening to the applause of the entire hall and general pride.
If we were to close our eyes and project ourselves into those moments, we would be able to perfectly capture the hugs of those from all over Italy who are happy every year to meet again and consolidate the friendships created, those who, as loyal customers, cannot wait to relax in the hotel relaxation area and wait for a drink to be sipped while waiting for dinner, those who are just waiting to pick up their skis and get back on the slope, and those who, so small, enthusiastically slip on their boots to run in the snow and laugh loudly.
It excites us and makes us proud to see how every year we can create new ties or strengthen established ones that go beyond the rhetoric of pure business and at the same time unknowingly reinforce it.
Indeed, we strongly believe that the achievement of corporate goals is achieved through fundamental moments such as these:
– encourage socialisation and networking,
– develop effective internal communication by fostering a good company and non-company climate,
– strengthen bonds of trust and problem-solving skills.
Why then an occasion for excitement?
Because we call this sojourn athrill to be fully experienced, and at the same time, anopportunity to be taken full advantage of to make important new connections.
